Ketts Park Wymondham

Information

Ketts Park is a large recreational ground located on the outskirts of Wymondham. It has a well-maintained grass surface, which is regularly cut. The surrounding area is not to built up so the wind is often very clean and perfect for kiting activities. As of its shape it is an ideal flying site no matter what the wind direction is, as it does not lose any of its size. On a good day there are often lots of fellow kite fliers giving a buzz to the field. Whether you are a beginner or an expert everybody is treated the same. The field is approximately 350m X 350m.

Location

Directions to Ketts Park:

Take the A11 towards Wymondham. Take the turning for Wymondham (B1135). At the roundabout take the B1172 (South) which runs between Waitrose on the right and the new police HQ on the left (look for the high radio mast).

Kett's Park will be on your left after approx 500 yards
